Long time no post. Lately I have noticed that my page view-count has increased. Especially over the last couple of days. I can guess, currently, that several of the new incomers are finance people looking for a little advice, a little hope, a little confidence. I can understand that too. Everybody needs a little reassurance in their lives. It supports, pursues and enhances one to follow their intuition. My point has been proven. The stress test is now going to define the prices of all the bank stocks. Funny, because some of you might believe in the EMH theory. In times of crises, though, I would argue that "herd" behavioral finance determines stock pricing.
